Do you love animals? Want to know more about your favourite pets?
Would you like to learn how to care for animals?
Are you thinking of working with animals when you grow up?
Join the Auckland SPCA during the school holidays to learn about your
favourite animals...
Auckland SPCA's education service teaches compassion and responsible behaviour
towards animals as well as to humans and the environment we all share.
It helps children recognise that all creatures matter, not just those we regard
as cute, friendly or economically beneficial.
It encourages children to realise that humans do not own the planet, but share
it with other animals. It leads them from a restricted human-centred view of the world towards
one that includes empathy and respect for all life.
